Chubby Pillows Stack Em Up Banano Pancakes

Pancakes are the traditional Saturday morning breakfast for children and those whose willpower is exceeded by their love of Maple Syrup, Butter and fried Batter. Let your inner child out and start your day off right with 1500 calories!

Begin by mixing 1 1/2 Cups Flour

2 Tbsp Baking Powder

2 Tbsp Sugar

1/2 Tsp Salt

in a large bowl with a whisk. Set aside.

In a separate, medium sized bowl mash up 1 slightly over ripe Banana until its smooth mush.

Add 2 large eggs and beat well with a fork.

Mix in 1 cup + 2 tbsp of 1-2% milk

1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Melt 3 tbsp butter

Pour the liquid Banana mixture and melted butter into the dry ingredients. Fold everything together gently but thoroughly with rubber spatula. Badder will be slightly lumpy, kind of thick but pourable.

Heat non-stick frying pad to medium heat. Cover bottom of pan with vegetable oil and a pad of butter. When oil/butter gets up to heat pour in 1/4 cup badder. Wait for bubbles to form on the top, the sides are cooked and the bottom is golden brown. Flip.

Outsides should be lightly crispy and the center should be fluffy.

Serve hot, topped with a few pads of butter and liberally drizzled with real maple syrup.

Enjoy.
