• Write your discord username exactly as it's written (including the @, please). If you change your discord username after filling out the form and don't notify it, you will be at risk of being disqualified.

• If you are not yet a Banano Discord citizen you won’t be able to participate, so don’t fill out the form and avoid a penalty.

• Choose the option that you predict will win in each category/match.

• Check that you have marked everything before moving on to the next section.

• You will receive a copy in your email with your answers.

• You can only fill out the form once! So make sure you fill out everything correctly.

• If you forget to click 'submit'... well... that’s a bigger tragedy than your favorite character dying in episode 9. No spoilers here.
