[Swoleween] This is Swoleween

NOTE: Before diving into the Halloween season, make sure you’ve caught up on the previous stories! If you haven’t read them yet, or if you want to relive what happened, check out the following articles to get the full context:

-------------------

Ghostcam and the monkeys had just finished placing the last decorations in the jungle, adjusting the glowing stickers and reviewing the Swole Bango rules for the new members.

“We took a little longer than expected, but everything’s ready… calmly, without rushing. A Bango at the beginning of August is unusual, but at least we won’t be thinking too much about the orange blight!”, says Ghostcam, raising her tiny invisible spoon like a scepter as she watches each monkey settle into position after waiting so long for this moment.

Everyone was ready to mark their emojis while Ghostcam struggled to pull the first character from the bag, her hands passing through it as she tried to grab them. The air of anticipation was warm and playful, filled with laughter and little jokes breaking the jungle’s silence.

Suddenly, a distant rumble shatters the calm, and everything stops. Ghostcam freezes, lifting her gaze to the horizon, where a column of orange smoke rises far beyond the trees and hills. The sunlight turns amber, reflecting on the branches and over all the monkeys about to celebrate the event.

“It doesn’t seem close… but… was that…?” murmurs one green monkey, frowning. The little purple ghost feels nothing but fear and worry. “Everyone to your embassy shelters, quickly!” she orders. Surprisingly, all obey immediately, leaving the event room empty except for the purple resident who, despite the fear, heads toward the main shelter as the orange smoke approaches.

Screams and hurried steps echoed through the vegetation. Pig, Banano-Chan, and Dodger had been running from far away, navigating fallen trunks and tangled roots while helping each other dodge obstacles. Behind them, figures of many colors advanced with heavy steps, leaping and crawling; some visible, some hidden. Local monkeys snapped quick photographs, perhaps useful later.

-------------------

Months have passed since that explosion that marked the end of summer. Phantoad, after placing the mask on Soggy, moved her to a small, secluded laboratory, rustic, with improvised equipment, worn wooden tables, and a constant breeze slipping through the cracks.

Soggy has remained there ever since, neither fully asleep nor fully present, moving occasionally as if trapped between sleep and wakefulness. The mask has never left her face. Sometimes the monitors flicker for no reason; other times, the reflection in her eyes seems to move on its own. Until this moment.

When she opens her eyes, the dim light blinds her for a moment. She sees Phantoad from behind, next to Aika resting on a makeshift bed of wood and banana leaves. He feeds her carefully, humming something under his breath. Neither speaks. They just look at each other; no trust, relief, or anger... only silence.

Soggy touches her face, feeling the cold surface of the mask. Phantoad stands, straightens his jacket, and walks out the door, followed slowly by Aika. Soggy waits a few seconds… then follows them.

Outside, the jungle is no longer the same. The sky melts in purple waves, the leaves breathe, the trunks twist, and insects flash weird patterns in the air. Everything pulses with the rhythm of the wind; the ground undulates beneath her feet, and the night seems to laugh softly.

Among the trees, Soggy watches them. Phantoad begins to sing in a light, playful, almost childlike voice: “This is Swoleween! This is Swoleween!”

Soggy approaches, observing how the jungle vibrates with each word.

Aika, slightly behind, lifts her head and responds in a deep, heavy voice, echoing powerfully: “Swoleween! Swoleween! Swoleween! Swoleween! SWOLEWEEN! SWOLEWEEN!”

BanFam, welcome to our Halloween season!

This season will bring new twists and turns unlike anything you’ve experienced before. Get ready for a sensory journey where fun, ban, and scares are guaranteed. And to kick off the festivities, what better way than with a special update to our Slip-a-Swole faucet!

The Swoleminations have escaped from the lab deep in the Swole Cave, and most of them are just as eager to smash any unwitting monKeys as Swole Torchic. That’s bad news for Dodger, who’s become accustomed to slipping Swoles of the same size over the past few months.

Fortunately, not all Swoleminations are bent on destruction; one, affectionately nicknamed Serpy, has found a stash of banano somewhere in the jungle and decided to share it with anyone wandering outside the remains of the Swole Cave. While that’s great news for your banano wallet, no amount of riches will help you if you’re smashed. Guess that means you’d better start slipping. Check out the gallery below to get a glimpse of all the new changes!!!

Additionally, the withdrawal limits and rewards have received an interesting adjustment using the ever-reliable yellow formula. So get out there, slip some Swoleminations, and earn powerful gains throughout this Swoleween season!
